The path to restoring your hearing!
At our centers, your journey to restoring your hearing is a gradual, comprehensive, and scientific process. Throughout this journey, we'll be with you every step of the way, providing lifelong moral and technical support. Our philosophy is that optimal rehabilitation goes beyond simply purchasing a hearing aid.
First visit: Getting to know each other
Your first visit to our Centers is the most important step. With your input, we create your profile (medical history) and record your lifestyle, needs, and expectations. We then conduct an otoscopy and an audiogram. Following this, we explain the test results and, in conjunction with your personal profile, recommend the ideal solution for your case With our goals set, we embark on this journey together towards a new life filled with sounds...!
Second visit: Fitting a hearing aid
During this session, we fit and adjust your hearing aids. We also provide instructions on how to use and care for your hearing aids. Additionally, we prepare you for what to expect during the adaptation period, which can vary and is of utmost importance. Simultaneously, we schedule your next follow-up appointment, typically occurring 7-10 days after the initial application. We'll be with you every step of the way to help you achieve the sound quality and life you deserve.
Third visit: Evaluation of the adjustment period
We discuss your initial impressions and make necessary modifications and adjustments. Subsequently, we schedule the next session, which typically takes place after two weeks.
Fourth visit: Reassessment of progress
We can confirm that the modifications meet your expectations, and you're beginning to experience positive results. We set up our next meeting after a month to reassess your progress. Throughout this journey, we're here to address any questions you may have.
Subsequent visits: Ongoing assessment
From this point forward, our meetings are scheduled based on your progress and needs. We recommend and encourage you to have visits every three months to ensure the proper maintenance of your hearing aid, thereby extending its lifespan.
